athna.ai sets very few cookies, and none of them come from advertisers. This page lists every one. When something new is added, it's added here first.
A cookie is a small piece of text a website stores in your browser, so the site can recognize you on the next page or the next visit. Everything below is a first-party cookie: set by athna.ai, readable only by athna.ai.

The Source, Headline and Consent cookies aren't live yet; they arrive with the features that need them, and this table is written for them already so it doesn't have to change.
Analytics
When analytics is switched on, we'll use PostHog to see which pages are visited and where signups come from, so we know what's working. PostHog sets its own cookies to tell one visitor from another between pages. It runs only if you accept it in the banner. Decline, and nothing is sent, no analytics cookie is set, and the banner doesn't come back for a year. Change your mind by deleting the Consent cookie in your browser; the banner asks again.
We don't run advertising pixels, retargeting tags or social-media trackers on the site.
In the product
app.athna.ai uses a session cookie to keep you signed in, and the product's own usage analytics run as part of the service; see the Privacy policy. The product doesn't set advertising cookies either.
Managing cookies
Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies in its settings. Block signup_id and the
two questions after signup won't attach to your email; block everything else and the site still
works.
